Loan conditions changed several times and not sure would've gone through all of it to pay off IRS and credit cards. Wasn't original plan. Boy whatever. Guess it helped some.

lowered our interest rate in the amount of years we owe. We also like how the notary public came to the house and signed all the papers at home. We didn't have to go out. Thank you for all your help.
