It took way to long. I had to send copies of my paycheck stubs 3 times.
I was not kept updated.
The whole process was a mess. Communication was absent or unprofessional. I strongly considered dropping the refinance and looking into going with another company.
Friendly and fast service. Kept me informed every step of the way and immediate response to my calls.

Chris was pleasant and very helpful at application. Once the loan moved to Shavon it was very unpleasant. I had the closet show up at 6pm with out an appointment to close. Since I was a current customer, customer service sucked!

Communication could have been better. Was told to have a check at closing and when at the closing table was then told it had to be certified funds. The closing agent do help us out and get it to where we could write a personal check.
