Christopher has helped me out twice with refinancing my home. Both times have been easy and quick!
He always kept me informed on what was going on never too busy to answer my questions went the extra mile to make sure I understood.
Quick response to messages and all questions answered promptly
Maybe was not his fault but it took more than 2 month to close
Chris was very knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns we may have had. He returned very promptly telephone calls and response to emails and follow-up on status as it deemed necessary relative to time sensitive information.
We were easily able to do a streamline within weeks after our original lender said he couldn't help us due to credit. We are very grateful.
Chris was great! I had another loan lined up. I was unhappy with the terms, had almost given up, then he calls out of the blue. It took a little while, but Chris explained that before we even started. Very happy, Thank you, Chris!
Terribly awful experience. Untruthful and manipulative.
