The entire team as a whole had great communication and took care of things in a timely matter with updates. However, there is a lot more documents required in a streamline than what is initially stated.

Very expeditious.
He answered all questions promptly. Was very patient when my husband was being stubborn and was fussy about providing documents.
Kept it straight to the point. No nonsense. He gave me the figures I needed to make the best decision. The process was seemless. There were no issues accessing whatever documents that needed by attention.

Horrible they don’t differ payments to help you. They don’t do a home equity loan. They don’t do anything but collect money.
