Longer locking period. Consistency
Christopher was very patient with all my questions and always returned my calls. He is very professional, but very easy to communicate with and explains everything you asked questions about . He cares about his clients .
Chris was always ready to assist. If he was not available he had someone from his team assist in his absence. Note that he was only unavailable once.
