Our L.O. Christopher Smith was excellent he told us what to do from start to finish to get us to closing and he did it. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to get a mortgage loan.

Time line should of added up with the builder. At times mortgage company had no idea what was going on with builder and timeline when home would be done. No communication
Chris was great we had some hiccups along the way but he told us in detail what we needed to do we did it and he got the loan closed.
