Just the amount of info and kept changing
Christopher was always very responsive when we had questions and/or concerns. When things were delayed, he was also very reassuring.

I feel like the loan officers could have been more communicative and proactive with information regarding rates, buy downs etc. It felt as if I was the one initiating that conversation as opposed to being provided all of our options.
If I did not respond an email, I would've preferred to receive a call for a reminder that my loan was waiting for a document or update any information, because I'm not a person to be checking my email to often. Many times I didn't received...
