whole process start to finish with seamless and transparent. whole team at Silverton was super friendly and organized.
The communication was great and extremely fast. Everything was explained clearly for a first time homebuyer who had no knowledge, I was comfortable asking any question to Chris.
Chris and his team worked with us step by step, planning, problem solvin, and explaining everything step by step. Truly a white glove experience which made the first time home buying process much easie.
A lot of the same questions were asked multiple times and as first time home buyers who weren't aware of the process, we were promised more updates that I had to fight to get.
