Confirm loan eligibility of client prior to making commitment and submission of paperwork to avois modifications down the road once process is started. Easier way of sending email copies of requested documentation. Supplying duplicate copies...

Better communication. Too many times during the process my messages, emails, text messages went unanswered or way too much time passed when I would finally receive an answer or I never even received a reply.
