This was an easy process with Chris and his team. It only took 1 month to process everything and become a first time home buyer!! I would recommend Chris over and over again.
Chris was very helpful and patient throughout the process. He answered all of our questions and provided additional resources to help us understand some of the more complex issues. He was very responsive, engaging, and knowledgeable.
I needed Chris to know more about how taxes paid on houses worked. I also needed Chris to provide a more accurate amount of what we would receive from this transaction. He was off by 10K. Otherwise, it went well.
Christoper was SUPER informative and helpful. He was prompt in answering any questions I had and had a pleasant attitude the entire process. He provided contacts and resources that made things very simple on my end.
Communicate more. We ended up with our paperwork going to the wrong email, we had 2 different people asking for the same information. Our closing was supposed to be Feb 28th and then got pushed up so we ended up running around with our heads...
