Chris was very responsive to all inquiries.
Getting requests from 3 or 4 different people for the same document was frustrating, but all ended well and everyone was helpful.
Chris’s portion was good,he communicated well at first, but kept promising that the loan would be in underwriting “in a few days”, “next week”

I had a great experience with Chris. He let me know if there was info needed and was able to work with the processor when the loan hit a glitch. I am very happy to have worked with Chris on two refis.
