The communication was off the charts. Even when the news was difficult to deliver, the team at NAF was very accessible which is HUGE
Communication was great throughout the process, i was always able to get in touch with Chris, Art Saber, and Deborah.

Chris was slow to get back. He would get back after I had already been contacted by someone else. Not sure if it the process or he is just slow to respond.
