Chris was absolutely fantastic however I feel like the back office operations should have looked at what paperwork was already submitted before asking me to submit other paperwork over again and again.

We are self-employed borrowers, and we usually have to go to heck and back to do any type of mortgage transaction. This was probably the easiest mortgage transaction that we have had, with the least amount of redundant paperwork.
