    I know that I am basically clueless ans I had a million questions. Never once did anyone make me feel inferior or belittled. I felt confident and informed and that was really important to me.

    Staff very unprofessional, rude and pushy. Pushes customers to purchase points but in the same sentence state we will refinance you by next year for a better rate. Tells customers it’s their choice and then gets upset or rude when it isn’t...
