Hiding things from your Loan Officer causes problems. You can't hide bad credit, debt, or other crucial information. Be transparent and we can address red flags before they become problems. 3. Provide documents and signatures in a timely fashion. If we have to wait weeks to get documents or signatures from you, closing the deal becomes extremely difficult or impossible. We can collect and sign everything online and make the process as easy as possible. You must return emails, calls, and requested documents. 4. Be nice. Getting a loan in today market requires numerous documents, signatures, and emails. It's not the most pleasant activity in the world. My team and I will make the process as smooth as possible.
