After a not so great experience with another company Christine made the process so smooth and easy and fast. It was a total 360 from the other company very attentive and friendly.
My seller exercised our right to step in and get Chris to do the financing for our buyers because Chase became ridiculous. In 10 days, the loan was clear to close...if the buyer had stayed with Chase, this closing never would have happened....
