Documents with sensitive information were sent back to us via unsecure email. I found it difficult at times to get ahold of my loan processor and at time loan officer. Several times I left messages with no return call.
Upload portal was easy, document collection was rigorous but doable, rate was good. Responses to inquiry was quick and efficient.
Christine was great. She took the time to answer our questions, and helped even when th application had moved on to others' hands. Of everyone who touched our loan, she was the easiest to work with and communicate with.
Christine and team were very responsive in arranging and processing our loan, then troubleshooting some challenges that arose on the title company side. Thank you!
