Was able to accomplish at home via email and electronic drop as well as notary coming to house. Kept us informed throughout the process.
Christine helped us secure a loan with lower interest rate. She was helpful from start to finish of our loan and the overall experience was great!
The whole process took a lot longer than anticipated. We were asked about a preferred title company and attorney. We gave our preference and the wrong one was on our CD. We got it corrected. Then Silverton wired our funds to the wrong attorney....
