Knowlage and assistance was amazing, all parties happy with experience. Buyer did ask several times to relay communication issues to avoid confusion or delays.
It was easy for me because Im organized and had everything that was needed for the loan to process. I received emails and phone calls every week letting me know where I stood in the proces, which helped my nerves
