Christie was available for all our questions. The process was fairly quick and painless. There were a couple small issues with me having to submit signed documents more than once on the automated system, but that was the only issue.

Never had a better experience w/ a loan officer!! We are private clients with Chase, but our terrible interaction with them on real estate purchases convinced us to try NOVA. We are big fans!
