great staff , good communication thru out the process and great loan rate 4.75 % wow the best seen last several years , so we took advantage of this rate . we took some equity out and paid off our credit cards .

The overall experience could have been better
The lines of communication remained open. Christian was very professional and knowledgeable. The entire process was smooth and easy.
The people were over the moon friendly,knowledable,and my favorite fun to talk to. All paperwork was easy to read,and anything I had to sign was sent overnight. I have already recommended Goodyear to a couple of friends.

The reps are so intent on pushing the service that they do not really hear what the customer is saying about what they are willing to do etc. They seemed to be so rushed to get it through, that sometimes it seems their conversation with customers...
