How fast it was from application to approval. This is our 5th time using Christa and her team!
Closing date 10/23 on PA with her conventional loan buyer, didn't close until 11/12- no communication as to why and no earnest money receipt until 11/5 after many attempts asking for updates from loan officer and buyer's agent.
