Very helpful.
Questions answered throughly
There were too many people in the loop. Having just one point of contact would have been easier for us. Also, I count on you guys knowing what I still need to provide and there were some gaps.
Our real estate agent and mortgage consultant worked really well together to get things done fast for us, especially important in the crazy market these days. And they were both very good at explaining things when we had questions.
Getting things explained to us when times were frustrating.
