If you are sure that we get graint, let's us know. I don't hear a good new and then get nothing. Or our company can give us any furniture as present for congratulations such as gift card, a matress, TV ... we will be happy than ever

The team was responsive when they needed something but unresponsive when we (buyer) had questions. Would have wanted to see the same sense of response/urgency on both ends.
