    Easy to work with, informative, everything went well except a little concerning before final signing trying to get ahold of him/them when we didn't agree with some of the verbiage/payments and wanted it changed before signing

    We found out a standard mortgage wasn't goint going to work 2 business days before closing and had to scramble for extra documents and pay thousands more in closing costs
