Mr. Winzig was very professional, informative, knowledgeable and patient with me during the whole closing process. He was also available when he was needed. Great experience working with him.
He was an excellent guide and professional that made things happen in a friendly approach. I felt being treated properly and fairly. Although were some obstacles he oriented me to go around and solved them.

I had a good experience. Chris is knowledgeable and very helpful. He has helped me multiple times within the past few years and he has always completed the loans in a timely manner. I highly recommend Chris!

Would highly recommend Chris. He was very thorough especially with all the fine tuning needed with 2 different states of the home i purchased. He was very knowledgeable and on top of everything

Only complaint was response time. Although always responsive, i expected to get calls back sooner. Sometimes i had to call to get updates. That turned me off a little. Rates were higher than expected, but i guess thats something we cant really...
