Outstanding knowledge and customer service. Chris was able to really help shop the options and find us the right solution for our refi. We ran into some questions due to Quicken Loans processing and he was able to really help get quick answers....

They got us the absolute lowest rate, period. It was sometimes a little tricky to understand the process (when/what forms and documentation to submit, etc.) but in fairness I think this was largely due to various new Covid policies being implemented...
