Clearer explanations about Homeowners insurance, especially flood insurance so that I didn't have to chase down my own insurance. Also it wasn't made exactly clear how much I need for closing until the day before.
Chris communicated with both me and my client and kept us informed throughout the transaction.
He was calm, knowledgeable and responded to all our questions.
