The entire situation at settlement was awful, we don't blame Lam, he was great, but how upper management handled it. It took 4 hours when it could've taken 30 minutes. They seemed to care more about the value of our loan and how it would benefit...

Company caused issues at closing, unecessarily dragged it out.
Chris & Lam are fantastic! Was VERY dissapointed with how Posperity handled the the end of the transaction. Prosperity but their ability to resell our clients loan above servicing the client who PAID for said loan. I've had multiple poor tranactions...
