Chris was so easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions as they came up. He was genuine and wasnt just trying to get me a loan. He was honest with costs and what would be to much to handle.

We had a couple hurdles with staff requesting correct information and some of the preliminary mortgage docs had breakdown information cut off when sent over. Chris was great at answering questions but the overall process could have been smoother....
