Chris was very communicative, responsive, and found a win / win solution for both of us.

Process was quick and smooth.

Make it clear that closing costs are not 100% covered by financial institutio, they are rolled into the new mortgage. Public notary that came to notarize documents was rude and unprofessional

Very easy process. Chris provided two refinance options and did a great job of walking us through the process to completion. Everything was performed electronically (with exception to the notary), which was great.
