Chris made the process understandable giving me options with education affording me the opportunity to choose the best options for my needs and goals. I truly would have preferred Chris had been my loan officer on my other loan.

Started loan app to refinance and within a week had approval. In another week loan completed and signed. Chris Shrader did a great job of making this quick and easy. As a retired banker I appreciate how well this went.
