Chris made sure I had all my paperwork turned in. He's very knowledgeable about the whole loan process.
You help us very well and we have lots of questions for you and I am mostly call you evening time but you always call back immediately and give us clarification and explanation.
I am a first time home buyer and Chris made it very easy by telling me what everything meant and how each step was going to work leading up to the closing.
