Beatriz provided expert knowledge of VA loan process. The Sierra Vista office provided outstanding availability to help as issues arose. The genuine care and concern for our positive benefit made us feel like family.
Cross Country helped us get our VA home loan back on track when another lender had let our application languish for months. Cross Country found and resolved the issues, got us processed and approved and now we have a brand-new home!
