Communication was poor. and the process was dragged out at the end I ended up paying more for my closing than anticipated. But for the most part they were professional and answered any questions I had.

Chris was great. He was on top of all the things we needed and he was very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend him and will be telling family and friends to use him as their loan officer when they need loans.
