Good customer service.
Chris was very responsive and detailed, he also gave us very valuable advice which ultimately made us choose Prosperity Mortgage as our mortgage company between other options.
Although covid19 was going on Chris and his team were able to still get through the additional steps/process needed to get me to the finish line. From the additional questions on the employment verification to the stay in your car closing....

My ongoing and sometimes late evening questions that was always answered quickly. Also the well defined communication of the process.
This was my first refinance that included a some of bumps in the road. Chris guided me through the process and was able to provide multiple option to choose from. I appreciate that .
Everything went smoothly and process was well communicated. It was a pleasure doing business with Chris and Prosperity Mortgage.
This mortage was terribly unusual, however LaRose made it happen.
A couple last minute paperwork requirements that we didn’t have a lot of time to turn around was our only down check. All and all a great experience.
