Jay, thank you for your feedback, but I would have loved the opportunity to chat with you about this prior to leaving a review as am I am sure you know that there can be things that are outside of the lenders control that can delay a closing....

They're easy to work with and they actually want what's best for buyer. They even helped out with a few other things that didn't have to. This is my second loan from them and I most say I wouldn't deal with anyone else.
