Lucy Rivera is the absolute worst. Northpointe bank is complicit in not addressing her issues. She is rude, lazy, very insulting and throws constant temper tantrums. Stay away from her and from this bank

He began his career on Wall Street in 1989 and held leadership roles at Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs before launching his own trading firm. After more than 22 years in trading, Chris earned his law degree and later worked as a real estate attorney and as a commodities and energy expert for Reuters. Since entering banking in 2014, Chris has focused on helping clients navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence. He believes education, communication, and personalized service are the keys to a successful experience. Outside of work, Chris is a football official at the varsity, sub-varsity, and youth levels.
