The experience was great because Chris help us through some tough spots with the seller who wasn't quite as forthcoming as we would like. So Chris fished out the issues and corrected them

We .have had a series of problems with the Seller and his Tax Lien issues and Chris has helped us work with the closing attorney to keep on task toward a closing on the house and loan
