Chris Grogan

Chris joined United Purpose Mortgage as a loan originator with 18 years of industry experience. He has extensive experience working with first-time homebuyers, credit repair, down payment assistance, renovation loans, FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans. Integrity is the cornerstone of his business, and Chris believes a mortgage is about education and building relationships. He takes a consultative approach to help his clients achieve their home financing goals by customizing the right loan solution for each client. Chris attended the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Point Park College. He is married and has two daughters and two fur babies. In his spare time, he officiates Division 1 college football.
