As far as numbers and/or product, they really delivered but I found a few gaps in the communication and guidance part towards an unexperienced customer.
Chris and Kim were awesome! He helped me in so many ways to get all of my documents organized and get the numbers I wanted. He also introduced me a great accountant who was able to get my taxes done in time for the approval.
This was my third time working with Chris and his team. Everyone is always very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
