Very professional and easy to deal with.
It was great working with Chris and Emi. Communication was great even through figuring out adjustments with the pandemic starting and rate changes. They made the process easy and streamlined for us.
Very easy process from start to finish- communications were effective and I always knew where we were in the process. Closing was quick and simple. The loan itself was a great deal too!
