Chris was professional to work with. A few things I wish he could have began sooner but I understand it's a Process.
From management to processing to closing everyone worked really hard to get us through this process.
Chris Grizzell is patient and thorough! Our meetings always ended with me feeling reassured and self-empowered because of the extent of clarity and motivational cheering rendered throughout this entire mortgage loan lending process.
Great experience, communication channels were always open, and the process went incredibly smooth.
It was difficult to distinguish between emails requiring action and educational emails, which may be helpful for some new home buyers. For me it resulted in a feeling of being overwhelmed with email and less prompt with action items.
We love working with Chris and team. They make things easy and figure out issues before they become issues. Chris even helped find insurance when insuring the property was difficult. Could not recommend more highly.
