I was originally going to use my credit union for my home loan however due to delay or lack of response I decided to go with The Chris George Team. Everyone was very nice, explained a lot of steps and always answered my questions.
better communication and honesty
Brad did a fantastic job explaining the process and did not pressure us during the refinancing process. He even contacted us when the rate changed and when it made the most sense to lock in on the best rate!
