Lender never reached out. No response and I requested a pre qual twice. I guess because I’m looking at 200k mobile homes and not 800k junk homes I wasn’t worth the call.

Worst experience of buying a home. Never spoke to Christopher George. All documents requested were submitted and approved for loan on 1/27/24. Found house & Signed purchase agreement 1/29. 741 credit score. Closing date of 2/29 was given. On...
