He founded an independent mortgage company in 2006 and sold it in 2022 to Amerant Bank, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer for 3 years. Chris is now an independent mortgage consultant and owns and operates Rezcap Funding, LLC which is a private lender for real estate investors. Chris also owns a small fitness and wellness center with his wife Melissa. Chris graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Finance and the University of South Florida with an MBA. He played baseball and rugby in college and continued to played for various men’s club rugby teams for many years after college.
