    More communication of the process and towards the end we were new homebuyers so we didn’t know much and when we got to the closing table Chris wasn’t there we meet with someone who I have never talked to or dealt with but when problems arise...

    I liked the automated App where I could photo and send documents as well as DocuSign. Overall smooth process.
