Chris made it easy to get the house we wanted. He didn't allow any delay when we were ready to go after our house. We got the house we fell in love with.

Good experience
Process was simple, kept the communication open at all times. Especially enjoyed the electronic signature feature. I cannot say there were NO "bumps" along the way, however we were able to work through them.
