Chris was excellent, however, during the 3-4 week process. It seemed like I had to sign new documents nearly every other day, I feel like signing documents could have been compiled and completed in a more orderly proces.

Better communication. Seemed at times we were asked for things last minute that could have been asked days or weeks prior.
Derek was excellent and Danielle communication was good.
