Chris is very knowledgeable and personable. That being said, the process of finalizing the paperwork in order to close was frustrating.
The communication we received was always to little. We felt like we were in the dark about the process. And when we would ask it was as if we were expected to already know. I get that this loan was more difficult because of the renovation loan...
